An MVP concept to disrupt the market by distilling the desirability, viability and feasibility of a radical product:
Bentley SmartKey

SITUATION: In July 2017 I successfully launched a wearable prototype to enhance the ownership experience and eliminate keys.  My MVP was driven by a need to deliver a radical customer facing proposition that not only disrupted the market but unlocked parts savings in excess of £3M.

RESULTS: By May 2018 I had delivered the following:

 

  • Demonstrated parts savings valued at $4.8M

  • Launched SmartKey at World Form Disrupt London 2018

  • Invited to collaborate with LVMH on exclusive designs
