SITUATION: In Feb 2017, to rally the value and significance of connected car and to ensure accessibility and understanding of a complex proposition for Bentley retailers and regional teams, I successfully designed and launched the world's largest and most comprehensive connected car web database - support.bentleymotors.com

RESULTS: By December 2019 I had delivered the following:

  • All 239 retail dealership partners had signed up to the Bentley support website

  • Gathered information from VW R&D, regional engineers, quality assurance teams and software developers to ensure an accurate qualitative approach to content management

  • Ensured technical accuracy of content using a validation/QA process

  • Support.bentleymotors.com became the default source for VW connected car documentation and processes
